Having no insurance and being cited for the violation will impact your insurance.  Allowing an unlicensed driver to drive is likely to result in the same outcome. I say that in general because it reflects upon your judgment and in both instances, the judgment exhibited as a driver and responsible sponsor of a &quot;prospective&quot; driver are now in question.]]></description>
