		<description><![CDATA[Annuities can be put into a trust but why?  The purpose of a trust is to avoid probate.  Annuities already avoid probate.  There are only two reasons I would ever put an annuity into a trust is 1. if the trust is Irrevocable and the owner has an estate tax problem.   Secondly, if the owner is worried that their is going to be a dispute among the beneficiaries.]]></description>
