    It is best to get Long Term Care Insurance before age 60. Some LTC professionals even advise getting it before age 50. That is because rates are lower at a younger age, and the chance of having a health condition that will exclude you from getting Long Term Care insurance is lower when you are younger. However, you can get it at any age, and there is no time like the present to take care of what is important.
