   There are not many long term care insurance companies (LTCi) left in the extended care market place. Perhaps there are a half a dozen worth your consideration. Genworth is one of the top LTCi companies in the U.S. They generally rank well in annual premium cost against the competitors and offer excellent policy language in their contractual definitions.
