Yes there are several insurance carriers that will offer non owned auto insurance. Usually this type of policy is used in order to get your license reinstated but may also be used to keep your insurance consistent without any lapses in coverage which in some states can have a negative effect if you gap. Talk to your local independent agent about obtaining non owned auto coverage's.

In Montana there are many carriers that offer this and none of them have anything to do with getting your licenses reinstated. On average with state minimum liability limits of 25/50/10  and uninsured and underinsured and med pay at 5,000  on average the rates is from 38 to 50 a month depending on your age and driving history. Each state has different guidelines. Go look at your state insurance commissioners office website and you can learn what the state you live in has to offer. Talk to a local independent they can guide you to what is best. In Montana we use to also have what was called a broadform policy but this option is no longer available. If you have your name on a title you have to insure it even if it is just parked
