On average with state minimum liability limits of 25/50/10 and uninsured and underinsured and med pay at 5,000 on average the rates is from 38 to 50 a month depending on your age and driving history. Each state has different guidelines. Go look at your state insurance commissioners office website and you can learn what the state you live in has to offer. Talk to a local independent they can guide you to what is best. In Montana we use to also have what was called a broadform policy but this option is no longer available.
