Can Illegal Aliens Get Medicare?

   Owner, SFS Associates,

   In order to get Medicare you have to have paid into the system over a period of time.  That is what the FICA taxes are on your pay stub.  Since an illegal alien has not paid into the system he would not be able to get Medicare in most cases.
