Will People Be Penalized For Not Having Health Insurance?

    Owner, SFS Associates,
    The penalty will be passed through your income taxes.  When you file your taxes the penalty will be added to the amount you owe or deducted from your refund.  Unless you do not file taxes you will be unable to avoid the penalty unless the law gets changed.
