   Any employee that is participating in the company's health insurance plan will be eligible for Cobra coverage provided that they sign up for the coverage within 30 days of seperation of employment and will have the option to continue the coverage for up to 18 months. Please remember that each state sets it own regulations for insurance. Please check with your local agent to know what coverage is available within your area.
