Medicare does not pay for Viagra, Cialis, Levitra or other erectile dysfunction drugs. They are not covered in Part B Medicare and excluded by Part D Medicare Drug Plans. The coverage ended in 2006, when Congress determined them "lifestyle" drugs instead of medically necessary drugs.
