Does Medicare Part B Cover Vision?
- 1350 POINTSview profileKatherine McDanielsOwner/Insurance Broker, KM Health Insurance Services, Hazel Crest, IllinoisThis is s great question. Medicare alone covers vision on a limited basis. They will cover 1 pair of eyeglasses, standard frame or contact lenses after cataract surgery that implants on intraocular lenses and you are still responsible for 20%. Many Part C plans will offer more vision benefits.Answered on May 9, 2013flag this answer
