    Januvia is used to treat symptoms of diabetes. While it is possible Januvia would be used for someone in hospice, you don't have to be terminal to have Januvia as a prescribed form of treatment.

    Check your Medicare Part D drug formulary to determine if Januvia is on the list and if so, what your copay would be.
