   This would be related to a Medicare Advantage plan or Medicare Supplement written by one of the Blue Cross Blue Shield companies.  In Ohio that would be Anthem.  The term is related to the insurance company products and name, not Medicare itself.  Medicare does not endorse any particular plan or company.
