Medicare will pay for visiting nurses but only in specific situations. Your care must have been ordered by a physician. Medicare will not pay for 'round the clock care, 7 days a week.
Medicare does not reimburse visiting nurses on an hourly basis, nor do they pay for your long term care needs.
