How Cheap Is Mobile Home Insurance?
- 10 POINTSview profileBrian JarrellsMobile home insurance costs vary depending on the amount of coverage requested. You would have the value of the home at actual cash value and the value of your contents which can be actual cash value or replacement costs. You would also be adding coverage for any additional structures like storage sheds...etc seperately.Answered on June 16, 2015flag this answer

Some companies will write this on a standard HO-3 form. An example of a price on a $100,000 value of the "dwelling" would be around $350-$500/yr depending upon claims, credit & location of the home.Answered on June 22, 2015flag this answer

Talk about your coverage options, the age and value of your Mobile Home. Talk about where it is located and how it is secured to the property. Discuss any specialty items that may need to be included like awnings or porches to be sure you don't have any gaps in coverage or protection. All of these things may be factors in determining the amount of premium charged for the coverage needed. Be sure to also ask about any and all discounts that may be available by perhaps bundling your car and home together with the same Insurance Company. In general, these policies are not that expensive.Answered on August 12, 2015flag this answer
