   First, you would have to take the Life & Health agent insurance licensing course required in your state of residence.  Then you would have to take and pass the state exam to become a licensed agent in your state of residence.  Then you would need to get appointed with one or more health insurance companies who market Medicare supplement policies in your state.  You will also need to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of Medicare itself and what it does and does not cover so that you can better advise individual senior citizens on the products that best meet their individual circumstances.  If you are going to want to market Medicare Advantage products then there are even more demanding Federal and possibly state regulations that you must be aware of and abide by.
