   Your Medicare Part B number is the same as your Medicare Part A number. When you enroll in Medicare, you are assigned a claim number - this is typically going to be your social security number plus a letter on the end (designates certain conditions - e.g. only you are applying and not your spouse, on group coverage, etc.).
