    That is an excellent question, and one that I hope doesn't apply to you, or any of your loved ones. The best thing to do is find an advocate, or Lawyer to help fight the denial. There are many of them to choose from, as many Medicare claims are denied at first. Look for one that is recommended in your area, and let them fight for you. Good luck, and thanks for asking!
