I assume when you ask, "Does someone has a life insurance policy on me", you are asking about someone other than your parents. As an adult, no one can take a policy out on you without you giving your permission. This is done by you signing the application as the Insured. So if you did not sign an insurance application, no one has a policy on you, unless they did so fraudulently.

That is an interesting question! If you don't remember ever signing an application for life insurance, then chances are, you don't. The only other way that you could be insured without you knowing about it is if a family member (parent or grandparent, usually) insured you when you were very young. The best thing to do is ask them, and see. If that isn't an option, you can always contact the Medical Information Bureau, and pay the fee to check their database. Good luck, and thanks for asking!
