Does Health Insurance Cover Jaw Surgery?

   That would depend on which health policy you have, and what kind of jaw surgery you need.  Many health insurance policies contain an exclusion that does not provide coverage for TMJ, however, if you need any other type of jaw surgery that is deemed to be medically necessary by your physician, most all health insurance policies would provide coverage.
