    Most agents can make an estimate of the cost of a homeowner’s policy quickly.  The more that you know about the home, the better, however, agents also have access to public records that provide a great deal of detailed information about your home.  Many agents will do this through email or over the phone.  The agent can provide advice about levels of coverage and optional coverages that might be important to you.
