    You can contact a company on the internet, provide answers to questions and approve the offered premium.  However, you can meet with an agent who would get an accurate description of your property.  He would then compute the estimated replacement cost that takes into consideration the unique characteristics of your home.  The agent can then take some time to discuss the various liability options available so that you can be best protected should you be sued for bodily injury or property damage.
