Due to the passing of the Health Care Reform everyone is accepted regardless of preexisting health conditions. You will need to enroll during open enrollment which ends on March 31, 2014 for this year. There are a variety of standardized plans which only thing you need to decide is whether you qualify for government subsidies or not.
Thanks to the new Affordable Care Act all pre-existing conditions are now covered and everyone is accepted. You can go to the Marketplace and shop and compare plans. You can also see if you qualify for help paying the premiums. Since the new ACA is requiring everyone to have insurance or facing a penalty they are helping people pay for their insurance if they cannot afford it.
