That may mean that the company will not deliver a check for damages but it is important to sign the release only when you are satisfied. When you refuse to sign the release the adjuster’s supervisor will become involved. If the adjustment is still unsatisfactory the claim will continue to get elevated until it reaches the executives of the company.
