   The policy number is located on the card and on the policy itself. If you are not sure just call the 800# to the company and they will guide you. The policynumber and group numbner is not at all hard to find because that is the essential way that the health insurance companyy will identify your policy, moreover, the hospital will need thios for payment purposes and proof that you hold the policy. In other words look at the card you were given along with the contract.
