Great Question. You will need to provide your personal and vehicle information such as:
Your full name
Driver's license number & expiration date. Possibly your social security number depending on what state you live in.
date of birth
address of where the car is located and mailing address if different
vehicle information such as Year, Make, Model, & V.I.N which is a 17 digit number
Is the vehicle garaged or not?
How is the vehicle used?
How many miles are currently on the vehicle and how many miles to you drive on an annual basis?
Names of any possible drivers or people living with you along with their personal information if they wish to drive the vehicle.
Need to know who your current insurance is with or if you have had coverage in the past
You will need to determine how much coverage you need in place and what deductibles you would be comfortable having in place.
