   yes, medicare provides 100 days of home care and the medicare advantage plans also has home care as a benefit in the plans available. There also plans availble now that you can use to take investments that are now fully taxable and invest the funds into the Pension Protection Act provisions and when you use use these dollars to pay qualified health care costs they are not taxable
