   You can secure health insurance by enrolling in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) or Obamacare.  You’ll need to find out if your state sponsors one of the health exchanges. Not all states do. Enrollment starts October 1, 2013. You can also go online to see the listing of local medical agents who offer health care as part of their practice.
