The unthinkable happened to our family when I was a child, and my mom said that the life insurance policy on my sister was a big help. If she would have survived, my sister would have had that policy to hold onto for the rest of her life despite her cancer history. This personal reason for getting life insurance on kids is not one that I've expressed before. But obviously, it's one that I think about.Answered on September 5, 2013flag this answer
