If your insurance company paid your loss that was caused by the other party, (you were not at fault) and then your insurance company get the money back from the other parties insurance company you do not pay the money back. Your insurance company is simply being reimbursed for the claim they had to pay out when the other party was at fault. What should happen is if you had to pay your deductible then your insurance company should of also collected your deductible as well and should be reimbursing you for the deductible.Answered on August 29, 2013flag this answer
