What Is Medicare J?
- 12689 POINTSview profileTed RatliffOwner, SFS Associates,Plan J was a Medicare Supplement plan that offered prescription coverage. This plan is no longer available to purchase as of June 2011. It was a very comprehensive plan. The closest you can purchase to Plan J today is Plan F with a separate Prescription Drug Plan. If you had a Plan J you may have been grandfathered however the Prescription coverage in Plan J was eliminated.Answered on August 31, 2013flag this answer
