Ensure is covered by Medicare if some conditions are met. Eligible persons for receiving Medicare reimbursed Ensure drinks will:
1) Have diabetes,
2) have kidney disease,
3) had a kidney transplant in the last 3 years, OR
4) been referred to receive nutritional therapy services and Ensure by a medical doctor as being medically necessary.
