What Is A Rated Operator In Car Insurance?
- 1615 POINTSview profileRyan AndrewPresident, The Andrew Agency, Richmond, VAIf someone drives your car on a regular basis they need to be listed as a rated operator. Also anyone living in your household with an active drivers license needs to be listed on your policy. Some companies will allow driver exclusions but you need to check with your company before allowing someone to drive your car. More and more companies are denying claims because of undisclosed drivers, especially children. You need to disclosed all drivers and make sure the are listed on your policy.Answered on August 9, 2013flag this answer
