Who Should Get Renters Insurance?
- 37376 POINTSview profileDavid G. Pipes, CLU®, RICP®Business Development Officer, T.D. McNeil Insurance Services, Fresno, CaliforniaIt seems that there is some level of risk in everything that we do. If you rent property you are responsible for anyone who is injured on the property. You are responsible for any damage to the property. If you put your “stuff” into the unit, and it is destroyed by fire or some other peril, you will not be reimbursed by anyone. That is a risk that you have accepted. A renter’s policy addresses all those issues in a cheap affordable package.Answered on May 9, 2014flag this answer
