   Yes, under most circumstances. I am not aware of any insurance carrier that currently pulls or asks for an insured criminal history when appling for homeowners insurance coverage. There are many questions that are asked during the application process for securing a homeowners policy. Most of the questions have to do with the physical features of the premise and claims history of the premise and proposed insured.
