    No, unfortunately, neither Long Term Disability Insurance nor Short Term Disability Insurance is included in COBRA. The "Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act" enables the continuation of health plans only. The health plans include health insurance, dental insurance, and flexible spending plans. Life insurance and Disability insurance is not covered.
