The last plan that was approved is the one that is in the Medicare system. When your provider files a claim with Medicare, they adjudicate the claim and send it on to your Medigap carrier of record. That is the only carrier that will have information and will be able to pay your claims.

No - only one Medicare supplement plan will pay after Medicare pays. If you try to have 2 Medicare supplement plans, you're spending extra money on the 2nd plan for no reason because it won't pay any benefits. Only one supplement plan will pay.
The cost of 2 plans would also be more than having 1 Medigap plan F that covers all 9 benefits at 100%.
