When Will I Receive My Medicare Card?
- 63333 POINTSview profilePeggy MaceMost of the U.S.You will receive your Medicare Card in the mail about three months before your 65th birthday. If you are receiving Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefits at that time, you will automatically be enrolled for both Part A and Part B Medicare. The Part B premium will begin to be deducted from your Social Security check the month that you turn 65. You can turn down Part B if you wish, but should not do so unless you are receiving health insurance from your employer.Answered on June 25, 2013flag this answer
