		<description><![CDATA[Homeowners insurance excludes damage caused by insects, pests, and vermin. Rodents would be vermin so there would be no coverage for the damage to the dwelling caused by the rodents. Also rodents would not fall under sudden and accidental as the damage vermin cause is over a time period.  Time to call the exterminator unless you can find yourself a good cat.]]></description>
