An estimated 70% of  Medicare beneficiaries with supplemental coverage pay no out of pocket cost for XGEVA, other than possible costs associated with office visit, physician, staff, or administrative charges associated with administering the drug.  For those who do not have complete covered, the drug manufacturer offers assistance, known as First Step.
