If you're enrolled in Medicare, you should have a red, white, and blue Medicare ID card that will cite whether you have Medicare Part A and/or Medicare Part B (as well as the effective dates for those coverage). If you're not sure where the ID card is or if you have even enrolled in Medicare, you can always contact Medicare directly to find out the information.

If you purchased a Medigap plan and/or a standalone Part D prescription drug plan (PDP), a Medicare Advantage (MA), or Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan (MAPD), but are unsure what plan you have or need information regarding the plan's benefits, you would need to contact the agent you purchased the plan(s) through or contact the carrier directly for the input.

I hope the information is helpful - please feel free to contact me for further assistance. Thanks very much.
