		<description><![CDATA[There is so much information, that can be interpreted in so many different ways, that it&#039;s hard to arrive at a reasonable answer. Case in point... the Medicare trust fund can be extended for many years by reimbursing less to the providers. But is that a good thing or a bad thing? Here&#039;s my bottom line, general answer... of you&#039;re over 55, don&#039;t worry about it. Politicians on both sides of the aisle have promised &quot;no changes&quot; for anybody over 55. And think about it - if a politician wanted to make cuts to Medicare, they know they&#039;d never get elected.]]></description>
