		<description><![CDATA[Medicare will pay for home health care by a Medicare certified home health agency (HHA) if four stipulations are met:

1) You must be homebound, meaning that it is very taxing to leave home, and assistance of a person or equipment is needed to do so. Trips to the doctor are allowed, and short trips to church, barber, etc are OK as long as they are infrequent.

2) You must need skilled care either intermittently (at least once every 60 days) or continually on a short term basis (daily for 3 weeks, more if needed but the need is finite).

3) &#160;Your doctor must sign a Medicare home health certification and plan of care. And

4) You receive your care from a Medicare certified HHA.]]></description>
