		<description><![CDATA[Water damage is troublesome.  If the water damage comes from the pipes carrying water inside the house, the damage is probably covered.  If the damage comes from leaky plumbing or backed up sewer it is probably not covered.  If the leaking is seepage through the wall, it is probably not covered.  If the damage is the result of flooding it would be covered if you also had a flood policy.]]></description>
