		<description><![CDATA[Depends on the third party contract Progressive has procured in the state.   In Louisiana they may represent ASI and Homesite but it can vary from state to state.  I believe Geico does the same and does not actually write their own homeowners insurance but just contracts the policy out to another insurance company.]]></description>
