		<description><![CDATA[Under the Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare a child can stay on a parents plan until they become 26.

They can stay on the plan even if they are offer employer sponsored group insurance or are marrierd.  The only issue is that if they are on their parents plan and they have a child the child cannot go on their plan.]]></description>
