		<description><![CDATA[I am going to assume you want to know what constitutes a disability for an employee.  This is governed by the definition of disability contained in the insurance policy providing coverage.  The most difficult definition is the inability to do any work that the employee is trained to do.  Other definitions are the inability to do the work in which the employee is currently engaged.]]></description>
