		<description><![CDATA[yes they can if you have lied on the application or you have prior damage on the vehicle and do not tell them about it. They can if you intentionally damage it or damage someone else&#039;s property (mad girl friend). Have to watch some for they have a liquor clause which allows them to cancel or refuse payment of a claim. 
Church mutuals are bad about that
