However, you should be aware of any possible surrender charges associated with the Variable Annuity before you roll it over to a new product.

The only exception to this would be if the Variable Annuity was inside a 403b/TSA. Then it would be subject to 403b specific regulations which could very likely prohibit the transfer if you are still employed through that company.]]></description>
